Another Tuesday, another day in the life of someone around the office. Who better than our Sports guy Gary!
Gary joined our team pretty recently and luckily for him he is seated nice and close to me, giving him the advantage of listening to my daily rambles, terrible humming of songs and having the ability to put me under the pump for shout outs for his sports Facebook page!

Job Description: Responsible for the day-to-day management of ICONIC SPORT’S social media channels as well as the coordination of all other online/offline marketing channels for ICONIC SPORT.

What were your first thoughts when you stepped into our foyer (level 2) on your first day? Where’s the receptionist? Hopefully I’l get a seat.
What was in your lunchbox today? Nothing.. Until the lovely Doone trekked with me to get sushi.
Let’s recap what you’ve done in the last.. 8 hours? Hassled IT, graphics and buying to get our sale sorted. Pushed our sale on Facebook. Heard huge news about the NRL.. Pushed it on Facebook. Met with our SEO/SEM team to get those channels even better. Ate 3 sushi rolls at my desk. Ordered a Staple Superior shirt. Listened to our buying team talk about how much we’re growing and smashing results. Rush to get this written to I can get a lift home. Smiley face.
1 hour? Responded to our Facebook fans, caught up on a big day of news in sport, collate our sales data for the last 3 weeks.
What are the perks? Good people, good coffee everywhere, perfect dress code, smart teams around me

What’s your story pre THE ICONIC? Family from South Africa (don’t judge) born and bred in Sydney, studied at UTS, first job at the NRL (HUGE for someone that likes footy).

And that’s a little bit about Gary.. Another fun fact? He tells me that calling him Gary is too serious so instead I can make up some daily nicknames.. G-Star, G-diddy, Gaz, Gazza, G-money.. any of the above will work!
